James showed up on time and ready to help. I had a few plumbing issues needing attention and they all turned into major projects. James was diligent and worked until the job was done - even though he continued to work through lunch. I really appreciated his efforts. James cleaned up when he was done. I appreciated how friendly he is and how he went through all of the quotes and work with me so I could make decisions that worked for me.
