Jimmy came out for a service call on Sunday evening for the pilot light not working on my hot water heater. He checked over the water heater thoroughly and changed out a part. That did not fix the problem we were having. He then discussed with my wife and I all the options we had. From replacing the part which he believes would fix the issue we were having to replacing the 13 year old equipment. He also discussed a tank less water heater as an option. What my wife and I liked most about Jimmy was that we trusted him and he was not trying to hard sell us. When we voiced our concern about his price on the new heater he suggested we call your competitors to see what they charged. We did and you are a little higher but we really trusted Jimmy.
Your dispatch called Monday morning to let us know the mechanic would be there shortly. Sean D. WOW! What a professional and very knowledgeable plumber. He explained to us what he was doing and even went above our expectations with installation around the pipe and with the mess we had on the wall where the pipes were coming out of. LOOKS GREAT!!. Him and Scott were AWESOME!! They did a fantastic job, taking pride in their work. Best of all when they were finished, you couldn’t even tell someone had been there working.
