NEVER NEVER USE!\r I placed an FTD order for 36 Red long stem roses to be delivered to my wife for our 3rd year anniversary. Instead of getting 36 red roses there were only 27 roses. I called FTD and told them that the correct amount of flowers were not delivered. The representative told me that the order would be delivered again to my wife with the correct amount. My wife got a call from Atlanta Flower Market, from Richard. Richard was totally rude and unprofessional!. He asked if my wife counted correctly. She said yes and Richard proceeded to ask her where she went to school and insinuating that she nor her colleagues and I could not count. She was at work so she was in an atmosphere where she could not put Richard in his place. Never have we been so insulated or treated so disrespectful by a florist. I called FTD and told them what had took place and they took care of the matter. NEVER NEVER USE THIS FLORIST IF THEY ARE THE LAST FLORIST ON EARTH!!!!!!!! THERE ARE TOO MANY FLORIST IN ROSWELL AND ATLANTA FOR ANYONE TO BE TREATED SO AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! more

Please go elsewhere. Flowers delivered on Friday evening were wilted, petals fallen off, and stems moldy by Sunday. A family member spent a good bit of money on these and that they were supposed to lift my spirits, so I wrote an email on Monday to complain. They said they needed the original moldy bouquet in order to give me another one. When I called to discuss this, the woman Karen was condescending and rude. She refused to do anything, refused to give me the name of the online company who received the original order, and then claimed to be the owner when I requested the name of a manager or owner. Public records show she is not the owner. Terrible product, terrible customer service. I'm all for supporting locally-owned businesses, but it would be a favor to the Atlanta area if this one went under. more

Not Happy! Just received my Valentines bouquet of 2 dozen roses sent by my husband. Nothing like having to rearrange your flowers when you get them!!! I don't know how much my husband paid for this arrangement but I'm certain it was a lot - and am also certain it wasn't worth it. ALL the rose stems are the same length, they are all crammed into a vase that isn't made for TWO dozen roses, and they are all already open and leaves peeling back!!!! My husband is so proud to send this arrangement that I can't say anything to him and hurt his feelings - but I will definitely suggest other florists in the area for future!!! more

Terrible Customer Service-BAD ATTITUDE!!!! 2/13/2009

My husband ordered flowers for Valentines Day for me and had them delivered to my job. There was no card with the flowers, so I called the the florest to get more infomration. The guy that answered talked to me like I was mentally challenged, "okay, open the envelope...See the card? Did you open the envelope all the way? There is a card. See the four sides of the card. And there is no card? Your not opening the envelope all the way...there must be a card..." He put me on hold, and hung up on me. I called back and a lady answered who gave me the same speech about me not seeing the apparent card! As if I would waste my time to call if there was a da$m card! She put me on hold, and called my husband--- Needless to say, there was supposed to be a card, they FAILED to put the card, and they talked to me in such a catty demeaner... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They turned a special occasion into a sour day! Pros: NOTHING---DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Cons: You'll get into a verbal altercation!!!!!! more
