Atlanta Flower Market 1/13/2009

My husband had place an order for my birthday. When the arrangement was delivered I took a picture and text it to my husband; he text me back saying that's not what I ordered. That's not 14 stems and pink lilies.I called the florist and the young lady that answered I explained the issue and asked for what FTD and sent them as our order and how many roses were supposed to be, she would not tell me and told me to contact FTD. I called back and spoke with ""Michael"" (I got employee ID) he was immediately rude and said I had already called once and the arrangement was suppose to have 6 pink roses and lilies. I said I only have 5 roses, and he said oh well, I said I don't think anyone in my office would take one and he said they probably did, I said maybe your drive took it, he said ""Maybe he did"". I explained we were not happy with the arrangement and he said we got what we ordered if there was a mistake my husband made it, and to take this up with FTD. The more I thought about it the more amazed I was by his rudeness; I called back asking for a manager and he said I am the manager and there's nothing else to talk about. I told him he need to take customer service classes and he said ""according to you"". I said ""I have never had anyone be so rude"" he said, ""according to you and hung up on me. When we got home I called FTD and they wanted to contact the florist and work out having another arrangement sent and I wanted a credit. They said the flowers would have to be picked up first. That's fine by me, I will make sure to get a signature from the driver that picks it up. I work in customer service and have never experienced anyone as rude as this person was. All I wanted was confirmation of what FTD had sent them to send me. I've told my husband in the future to order from a local florist. I suggested to them (FTD) they change the pictures on their website to match more closely to what ""might"" be sent. Cons: All, do not order from Atlanta Flower Market or FTD more

Worst Flower Shop in Atlanta 10/14/2008

Don't ever order flowers from these people!!! For our anniversery, my husband placed an order for a flower delivery to be made to my office. At noon I got a call from the driver asking where he was supposed to deliver the flowers. This was news to me, as my husband intended the flowers to be a surprise. I asked the driver if he had an address - he did - I told him to deliver them to that address. He then called again a couple of hours later saying that it would be better for him if I met him downstairs at the security desk. My husband called the florist to alert him of the drivers calls, and the owner promptly offered to cancel the order, called my husband a *&^% (use your imagination), and hung up the phone. We are still waiting for a credit. Unbelievable! Pros: Seem to have some flowers Cons: Worst Service, Rude and Vulgar more
