I was unsure of who to go to for a new dentist, so I decided to try Aspen Dental. It was the best decision! Everyone on staff was very friendly. Knowing the cost of your dental visit before hand is wonderful. No surprises! I recommend everyone to go to Aspen Dental! more

Emergencies do not include anything after 12 noon on friday..Also doesn't include if you have no insurance or cash on hand... You can be me go in with the entire lower half of your face swollen with abscess and you get ex rays and a plan with nothing else if you have no money.. their office does not provide pain medication or a nice receptionist.. then the office manager sets you an appointment for a week and a half later,,, you show up on time.. sit there 20 min,, then get told you didn't come in and pay in advance so you don't have an appointment...\r even though in your hand sits a card with next appointment time and the money for the extraction you came in for...So 3 weeks later I still have an abscess and tooth that needs to be pulled and now an appointment in 5 more days...The receptionist was the rudest I have ever had in a dentists office.. Anyone who has had that kind of pain... Knows it's like having an ice-pick rammed into your nerve over and over.. I listened as she told a person on the phone to take their antibiotics... that it was the only thing that would stop the pain...So cold.. Thank God I went to the ER and had a nice doctor who at least tried to take care of me and did give me pain meds...I have already paid or I would cancel my appointment and go find me a nice dentists....Don't waste your time here find a caring dental office!!!! more

I agree 1000000%! I will never go to another Dentist as long as Aspen is here! The staff is super friendly. Amy has helped me deal with my insurance issue for almost 3 months so I may get the care I need! Amber, Pricilla and Denise have all been so kind and helpful. I've never had 1 complaint or felt like I wasn't cared for by the staff. I was first skeptical of Dr. Jansen because of her being a young, blonde, female dentist, but she is extremly smart and kind. I wouldn't want any other dentist handling my care. You all are AMAZING! more

Bloomington Aspen Dental is AMAZING.. They were able to work with me knowing I didnt have insurance and I was able to set up a great payment plan. I was unsure about coming here until I talked to Amy, she was very busy and put time aside to answer all my questions and was super friendly. She made me feel comfortable with her great personality and has always made me laugh everytime I come in for treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The DR is very gentle and she has always taken the time to explain everything concerning my treatment. Ill always go back and i've refered many people to go see them and will continue to do so. THANKS ASPEN DENTAL OF BLOOMINGTON, IN! more

I Love the staff at Aspen Bloomington 4/25/2012

Let's face it nobody likes a dental office. I can truly say I had a good experience with caring people that went out of their way to help me\r .Dr Jansen, Brook, Priscilla,Vonda, Amy and Jessica were very nice and professional. I thought I wouldn't be able to afford dental care until Denise helped me with payments. I had a great experience and will be back. Thank you Aspen Bloomington for helping me. more

Nasty Office 2/3/2011

WARNING: Do not go to Aspen Dental. Their prices are crazy high and the office is nasty. When I was in the back waiting on the Dr. there was a lady getting denture impressions in the next room. I saw the assistant try in a tray and it was too big. She went into a draw and dug through the all the trays, WITH THE SAME GLOVES THAT WERE IN THE PATIENTS MOUTH!!!. I watched her pick up a bunch and touch them all over and put them back in the drawer. EWWW!! more

Bad Place To Go 12/28/2009

Liars, The staff are liars. The most unprofessional practice I have ever seen. Rude to the patients. I do not recommend anyone go there If you are wanting professional work, and if you expect to be treated like a human being. Go somewhere else! You have been warned.
