Did both doors at the same time and we are pleased especially with the customer service over the phone. Work done in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. more

Great work and we really like our new iron doors! 1/31/2013

Artistic Iron installed several security screen doors for us and an interior iron/glass pantry door. All the doors look really nice! Artistic Iron has a large show room, and it's definitely worth your time to take a look at the show room (and the web site)! more

This is the third project that Artistic Ironworks has done for us (two different homes). Each gate and/or fence has been of high quality, great installation, and beautiful in appearance. Our salesperson, Dallas, was particularly helpful. Installers also assisted with extra task. I would highly recommend Artistic Ironworks for enhancing one's home! more

LOVE LOVE my gate. 1/17/2013

My overall experience with Artistic Iron Works was great. From Larry, the sales associate, to the installers, Levy, Curtis, and Dennis, they all wanted me to be happy with my gate, and I surely am. There seemed to be a breakdown in the scheduling department, in that I was never called to set up an appointment to install the gate, they just showed up. There was a slight measuring issue that was taken care of. The gate is in, and I love it. more

Great quality, great customer service, gate was built and I stalled in about half the time I expected. 1/12/2013

Not much to add past the summary. When I called to ask for a quote, the salesman stayed late in order to give me the quote that day. He was friendly and no BS. When the quote was way out of my price range, he looked at what I chose and worked out something very similar that was in my price range. He said completion would be about 3 weeks due to some holidays. About 2 weeks later, he calls to say they are down the street and ready to install the gate, if someone can be home. Half an hour later, the gate is installed. Seems sturdy, looks gorgeous, and is EXACTLY what I was looking for! Nice to see some places still value customer service AND quality craftsmanship. more

Pretty darn good stuff 11/21/2012

1. Quality - Workmanship and design quality is top notch. 5 star 2. Pricing - They have nothing really "priced" and you don't get to see how it is "priced" so the experience is odd at best. Nothing is explained. How do you know you are getting a fair price? 2 star 3. Installation - This is the third product from them I have had installed. Overall very good, they give you extra paint as well. For one year they will come out and adjust and things settle in. Sometimes forget things, but they coordinate and correct well. 4 star 4. Dispatch - Whoever answers the phone for dispatch sound very senior and like an owner or manager. Ruff and Gruff - 2 star 5. Overall - I like the store, the storeroom, the product selection and will continue to use them. more

Service technicial came out to the house when scheduled, and perform the repair work in a timely manner. 10/8/2012

Service technician was scheduled to repair and re-hang oversized metal gate. New anchors were installed, and the gate was repaired and rehung in a timely and professional manner. Good work. Thank you. more

Everything was fine and the people were great, both the ones we met face to face and the one we only talked to on the phone. The iron work looks beautiful and our neighbors have given us a lot of compliments. The only comment I have that is even slightly negative is that the price for some demo work was pretty high for what they had to do. more
