My overall experience with Artistic Iron Works was great. From Larry, the sales associate, to the installers, Levy, Curtis, and Dennis, they all wanted me to be happy with my gate, and I surely am. There seemed to be a breakdown in the scheduling department, in that I was never called to set up an appointment to install the gate, they just showed up. There was a slight measuring issue that was taken care of. The gate is in, and I love it.
