Not much to add past the summary. When I called to ask for a quote, the salesman stayed late in order to give me the quote that day. He was friendly and no BS. When the quote was way out of my price range, he looked at what I chose and worked out something very similar that was in my price range. He said completion would be about 3 weeks due to some holidays.
About 2 weeks later, he calls to say they are down the street and ready to install the gate, if someone can be home. Half an hour later, the gate is installed. Seems sturdy, looks gorgeous, and is EXACTLY what I was looking for!
Nice to see some places still value customer service AND quality craftsmanship.
