1. Quality - Workmanship and design quality is top notch. 5 star
2. Pricing - They have nothing really "priced" and you don't get to see how it is "priced" so the experience is odd at best. Nothing is explained. How do you know you are getting a fair price? 2 star
3. Installation - This is the third product from them I have had installed. Overall very good, they give you extra paint as well. For one year they will come out and adjust and things settle in. Sometimes forget things, but they coordinate and correct well. 4 star
4. Dispatch - Whoever answers the phone for dispatch sound very senior and like an owner or manager. Ruff and Gruff - 2 star
5. Overall - I like the store, the storeroom, the product selection and will continue to use them.
