Two of the most important facets of my car buying experience were as follows: 1. The price I was quoted was the price that I paid. No haggling. No "bait and switch". Other dealerships I was consulting regarding the identical vehicle assured me that the price I was quoted would NOT be honored at the time of sale. It was! 2. The folks that I dealt with (Danny Corrales, Robert Sajdak) were exceptionally professional, courteous and patient. I changed my mind several times regarding my purchase with different vehicles/colors until my final choice. Didn't seem to bother them at all. more

All the people that we met were very nice. Unlike other dealers, we were given a final price in about ten or fifteen minutes without any hassle. This was much different than the way we had been treated by two other dealers. This was a no hassle experience. Our salesman was Ken Jugan and I would recommend him to other people. He listened to what we needed. more

Robert Goodkin was one of the main reasons why I kept coming back to Honda. Honda has a great reputation when it comes to cars, but it also wasn t in my price range. Having Robert as our sales associate made spending the extra money all worth while. He was extremely pleasant to deal with and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a car to go to Robert. more

My wife and had the best car buying experience we have ever had buying our new CRV . Everybody that we dealt with on the Arrowhead Honda staff was very helpful and professional. The sales person was very thorough and is an exceptional sales person to deal with. We have been taking our 2005 Civic to Arrowhead Honda for service and they have also been doing a great job and this is service department that I have sent some of my friends to. more

The sales person Celeste Fitzpatrick who I worked with was truly incredible! Every step of the way she made my experience what I feel buying a car at a dealership should be. She was kind, patient, courteous, thoughtful, and respectful. I asked her for extra business cards because if the subject of buying a Honda ever comes up in conversation I'm giving out her card! The service was outstanding. Everyone we worked with was absolutely professional and knowledgeable. Staff presented a professional appearance. The customer areas as well as restrooms were clean. Everyone greeted us if they were passing by. I was impressed with the service area and waiting area for customers who required service. You deserve to be the top automotive dealer in the area. more

Awesome Dealer Experience 6/18/2012

Working with Danny Corales was a great experience. Normally I enjoy going to a dealership as much as a visit to the dentist and view it as a necessary evil. But the experience was quite different this time around. Making initial contact via the internet was easy and Danny understood and valued my time which was greatly appreciated. We set parameters as to what I was looking for and I did not have to endure the negotiating tactics you normally find at a car dealership. Danny made the whole experience quick and painless. I received what I was looking for and am very happy with my new Accord. I would not hesitate to refer your dealership, and in particular Danny, to anyone looking for a new vehicle. more

Our salesman, Doug, was wonderful. He was very knowledgable about all things Honda. We had previously (about 2 years ago) had a very poor experience with this dealership and had no intentions to purchase anything from you--in fact, we only came in to look at the 2 two Honda's we were considering because you were near our home. We had intended to purchase the vehicle at a different Honda dealership. However, dealing with Doug changed our minds. He is a real asset to your organization! We recently had our new Element in to install some optional accessories and found your Service Department to be efficient and friendly, as well as prompt. We love the Element. Honda should keep making this nimble little SUV! more

Also, upon starting my search process, you were very easy to deal with on the phone (and email) and are leaps and bounds ahead of other dealerships. Most other dealers say "come on in and we'll talk about it....". That's the last thing I want to do. You guys were up front from the first phone call and we actually made the deal before I even visited. This is my second Odyssey from Arrowhead, and I assume there will be many more!! more

I had a great experience getting this car. I came in to service my 2009 honda, all I wanted was an oil change, which I do every 4 months or so. I always visit the showroom while I am waiting and this was the first time a salesperson approached me to ask how I was. He told me he could get me a great deal if I was interested, I doubted him but told him to try anyway. He was right!!!! He got me the best deal I could've asked for and I got to drive away in my brand new 2012 Civic! Which I love!!! Thank you Ken for finding me the car I didn't think I could afford and Craig for making the finance piece easy and fun!!! Can't wait to lease my next car in 3 years from you!! more

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Arrowhead Honda. I returned because the sales staff is plesant, extremely helpful and do not high pressure. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but Danny Corrales was very patient and made the whole experience a lot easier for me. more

Mike the salesman was extremely helpful in explaining the ""bells and whistles"" of the Honda we purchased. Craig, the finance mgr, was thorough in going through the paperwork involved and our friend, Rich from Everett, WA was very pleasant to talk to and reminince about our shared state of Washington. All in all, we are very satisfied with our experience at Arrowhead Honda and would certainly recommend Arrowhead to others. more

Wonderful Experience 5/24/2012

What a wonderful ecperience I had at Arrowhead Honda. From the manager down everyone I encountered was great. I came into the dealership because of the wonderful service manager David Scott who always treated my late father Ernie Robins as a #1 customer and friend even as his health was failing. Then I ran across Mo and we connected instantly very understanding and took the time to show me more then he had to. I am sold on my CRV and will recommend Arrowhead to all my friends and family. What a wonderful experience!!!! Diane Robins PS I can't forget the credit manager who answered so many questions in a way I could understand the terms better. more

Doug Telgenhoff was very thorough explaining things throughout the process. He was patient when responding to my questions which were sometimes repetitive. When I left the dealership in my new CR-V, I felt comfortable because Doug had taken the time to explain the various options and how they work. Rebecca Poole was nice enough to help me retrieve a personal item that I left in the vehicle I traded in and Doug also accompanied me to the same vehicle to recover a remote I failed to get out when I switched vehicles. I was very pleased with all the staff I came in contact with at the dealership. They were all pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I would be very comfortable recommending Arrowhead Honda to anyone in the market to purchase a vehicle. Thank you!! more
