Mike the salesman was extremely helpful in explaining the ""bells and whistles"" of the Honda we purchased. Craig, the finance mgr, was thorough in going through the paperwork involved and our friend, Rich from Everett, WA was very pleasant to talk to and reminince about our shared state of Washington. All in all, we are very satisfied with our experience at Arrowhead Honda and would certainly recommend Arrowhead to others.
