Our 2007 Toyota Tundra needed it's scheduled maintenance, we have gone to Maita Toyota and have had no problems, but the cost there is almost double what they charge at Arden Village, and they are great, close, honest and dependable. Very pleased with them! more

I was at their mercy. They were the "nearest repair facility". They knew it, and treated me better than family. They ALL relayed messages and kept me informed at every move. They were sympathetic, worked very hard to get my car in safe running order...but to no avail. They reviewed past repairs with me to share in the analysis of the problems/repairs. Why was the temp gauge not fully analyzed? I brought this to their attention, and they checked the coolant. This obviously was not enough work on this problem, as the radiator later exploded. Unfortunately, my cousin destroyed this previously awesome Mercedes. The owner had an employee help me move my belongings from the hotel to the vehicle to avoid airline baggage fees, as I was stranded. They recommended auto transport companies. I called 2 new friends and recommended AVS to them, as I had met them at an other repair facility with less "heart"!! I will be following thru with the 1st repair facility with the Bureau of Automotive Repir, as they let me drive off their repair facility negligently. Thank goodness I was not injured in this car before I found Arden Village Service, and AVS kept me safe and sane! more

Car overheated 4 different times; took it in and said that I tried the regular things: coolant, turning the heater on, stopping the A/C,... I asked for a new thermostat and a flush. Wasted a whole day diagnosing to tell me the car did not overheat. That was unsatisfactory. The taker of the notes did not write anything down except that a diagnosis would be performed. Noone called either. That evening, spoke to the next person and explained what I wanted done. He apologized about not having anything written the day before and looked at the thermostat, only to find that something was melted so they did what I asked and that should fix the overheating. That was the excellence I expected the first day. That weekend, drove 15 miles up a hill and it overheated again. Brought it back and more checking occurred. Apparently, the radiator was clogged too. Changed the radiator. Above average rating. Hope that nothing else is clogged or that what could be clogged was checked already and found unclogged. more

I have been going to Arden Village about 11yrs. They have always been honest and concerned about me and my car. I have used them for routine services and big jobs. As my husband likes to say "They have always done right by us." You will not be disappointed if you give them a try. more
