Excellent service and friendly staff 3/24/2010

Dropped my work truck off on a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff got me in the system and my truck in the queue as fast as humanly possible. They had the truck road worthy by Monday late morning. Sooner than I expected! Very good communication from the staff about what was found on the truck and expected costs. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Price? Well worth it! If it was cheap and easy I'd do it myself. Shop seems to be perpetually busy. I don't know how they found time to fix my truck and all the vehicles ahead of me in line, but they did. I will return and would recommend Arden Village Service to others. more

Jim was the guy who provided my service. He was terrific! He was diligent, sensitive to my needs, and responsive! Also, he worked as quickly as possible to handle my service needs. The guy that rang up the sale seemed like a nice guy, too. more

This is the fifth year receiving service for our three cars and my husband and I are still grateful for the referral from one of our friends. 3/24/2010

Complete satisfaction on our part everytime that we had a car serviced. Good communication at all times, extremely accomodating when an emergency occurred, very courteous and personal customer service. All the members of Arden Village Service have a very good and positive attitude. We have recommended their services to our friends and will continue to do so. I have never left the shop questioning their suggestions and/or recommendations. My husband and I trust their advice. more

My second visit to AVS. An experience in honesty and integrity 3/23/2010

My car failed its first smog cert, and I was very apprehensive about a possible huge repair bill. Thankfully, the problem was only a bad O2 sensor resulting in a reasonable charge. In addition to the good news about my repair bill, I had the opportunity to learn firsthand of AVS' honesty and integrity. Employee Richard recovered some of my personal belongings I'd accidentally left in a car at the shop. Had it not been for his honesty, the resulting loss would likely have cost me dearly. Every employee I've dealt with so far at AVS has been pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional, and not only will I return, but I will share these experiences with my friends. Keep up the great work AVS! more

Absolutely Amazing 3/22/2010

They are fast, accommodating, and easy to deal with. I got a real "no hassle" feeling with them. They were up front with me and explained things in terms that were easy to fallow and didn't try to force anything that I didn't want. I will fully recommend this place to anyone who asks. more

We have been customers of Arden Village Service for over 20 years. The service that this crew provides continues to exceed our expectations. Here is our latest story: Son home from college for one day. Called Arden Village Service at noon, asking if they could change the oil and rotate the tires. They said, no problem, bring it in. Not only did they get the job done, but, they noticed that we needed rear breaks and some fan belts. They got the breaks and belts done, and the car was ready for pick up at 5:00 pm!!! We were most impressed. Quality service, quality people. Friendly, honest. We consider them our friends. Try them, you'll like them! more

Quick turn-around. 3/21/2010

Late morning I went in for oil change, tire rotation, and diagnose hot smell. All three were complete at 5PM. I got the car back vacuumed and glass clean. A nice extra. more
