I was at their mercy. They were the "nearest repair facility". They knew it, and treated me better than family. They ALL relayed messages and kept me informed at every move. They were sympathetic, worked very hard to get my car in safe running order...but to no avail. They reviewed past repairs with me to share in the analysis of the problems/repairs. Why was the temp gauge not fully analyzed? I brought this to their attention, and they checked the coolant. This obviously was not enough work on this problem, as the radiator later exploded. Unfortunately, my cousin destroyed this previously awesome Mercedes. The owner had an employee help me move my belongings from the hotel to the vehicle to avoid airline baggage fees, as I was stranded. They recommended auto transport companies. I called 2 new friends and recommended AVS to them, as I had met them at an other repair facility with less "heart"!! I will be following thru with the 1st repair facility with the Bureau of Automotive Repir, as they let me drive off their repair facility negligently. Thank goodness I was not injured in this car before I found Arden Village Service, and AVS kept me safe and sane!
