Quick, Honest, Great Shop! 11/1/2011

Arden Village is always busy - but somehow they always manage to get my car or my husband's truck back on their wheels in one day! We drive older vehicles and we appreciate Randy Scott and all his staff in taking great care to get us going again at the best prices and without worry! I discovered AVS when I was a single girl with an older car - they were always honest, always accurate in pricing and NEVER up-sold me with unneeded repair bills...in fact Randy even turned my business away one time and recommended another shop that specialized in the kind of clutch repair I needed because he said, "They can do a better job and a quicker job than we can and at a lower price" And he arranged for the transfer of my vehicle to that other shop...WOW - there really are HONEST people that do business like this! more

I could not be more pleased with Arden Village Service. Each week I wait till it's Black Tie Wednesday to fill up my car. There service is the best and I hope they continue this Wednesday special forever. REgarding repair of my family's cars they could not be better either. Just this week we needed immediate service as my daughter's car window would not close putting the car at risk if left out in the open. Adam was a doll and got us in and out in one afernoon. Everyone is friendly, professional and I will and have recommended Arden Village to many people. more

I was happy with the diag. but upset with the service 10/16/2011

The good news was I didn't need a differential,I just needed oil with an additive.My car sounded great when I left but got worse than before,starting the next day.I took it somewhere else a wk. later.They said you prob. forgot to add the additive to the oil after they drove the car.They put the additive in and it has been running great since then. vicki more

Best Service in Town 10/10/2011

I came to Arden Village some time ago, I was with a service center that hald been open near my house for years even followed them when they moved, well that business sold and needless to say their customer service and the way they did business changed. Being an ex-mechanic I expect alot out of the place I take my cars to. Arden village was refered to me by the Department of Consumer Affairs not directly but it was one of their gold stations. My first experience with them was excellent and the customer service at this place is the best. They are honest, very reliable and they back their work. I've been taking my car to them for over 4 years now they are simply the best service center around. Thanks Arden Village for the old service station feel and excellent customer service. more

Years of great service...Arden Village 10/5/2011

I've been a customer of Arden Village for over 35 years. The staff and service tech's are best at listening to each and every situation regardless of how simple or complex your repair requires. They are timely, friendly, helpful and effeceint. Once they picked up my car for repair in the driveway; another time drove me to work...and droped my son off at school. Please don't change.
