Totally unimpressed. The PA I initially saw was completely lacking in empathy. The Doctor I saw for my follow up visit provided NO indication that the parasites I was treated for may not have been fully eradicated and provided no further treatment. A week later my regular GP diagnosed they were still active, based on my blood results and a few questions. A gastroenterologist should be well aware of how hard it can be to get rid of parasites and should have told me what to look for. I've been suffering for months now. more

Excellent Doctors and Friendly Staff. 2/1/2012

Excellent Doctors and Friendly Staff. I've had two treatments at this office (both North and South) and have had an excellent experience each time. The front office who set the appointment were friendly and helpful. The excellent nursing staff helped answer all my questions while keeping the procedures moving quickly and efficiently. The anesthesia team made the procedures seem quick and totally painless. Finally, I've had contact with two of the doctors who work in this office who again were professional and friendly. I hope I don't have to return for 10 more years, but when I do, this is where I'll go. more

WONDERFUL Doc and Staff 1/5/2012

I went to Arapahoe GI for an Endoscopy this last year. From the time i walked in the door to the time i left the staff was WONDERFUL. I had Dr. Luke Evans for the procedure, not only did he explain in detail what he was going to be doing before i was put to sleep. He came in and explained in detail what went on during the procedure once i was awake. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a GI specialist. more

Worst Doctors Office I've Ever Been To 2/19/2010

I went to Arapahoe for an endoscopy. The procedure was so painful that I yanked to tube out of my mouth. Even though one of the risks involved in endoscopy is tearing, the nurse blamed me for stopping it. She was incredibly condescending to me later on the phone. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Horrible 5/26/2009

The doctors may be good but you will never get to meet with them because of how bad the staff is. It's like none of them have brains! They've scheduled appointments for wrong days and times, forgotten to get my name when scheduling the appointment so I didn't get enough time, and when I went to talk to the office manager she was too busy paying attention to her nails to do anything. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me! Pros: The doctors know their stuff Cons: The staff is incompatent more
