They have a very broad selection of products and animals to choose from. There! That was the only positive thing that I can really come up with, other than a couple of the employees that really are helpful and try to help people learn the hobby, so they can make an informed purchasing decision. Whether or not these are the people who help you is pretty much like rolling dice. My advice is to stay away from the place on the weekends and try to go in when they aren't busy. And if the person helping you is condecending tell them you would like to look around some more and then find someone else. The other thing is that the service does seem to reflect the amount of money you are planning to spend- at least with some of the employees. I have spent over 2K these past couple of years too. Just one more thing, they carry some animals that are almost impossible to sustain in an aquarium and some which ARE impossible. These animals are doomed, and when LFSs order them it creates a market for them, which in turn encourages the folks who catch these animals. I'm not an animal rights activist by any stretch of the imagination, but as we learn more about the hobby and the animals we keep, and where they come from, it is evident that this is not very responsible.
Pros: Large selection.
Cons: High prices, can be poor service.
