The first time I went to this store I received great service and advice. Since then I have had lousy customer service and get lousy advice. I asked for two pregnant guppies and when I arrived home only one was pregnant and the other had just given birth. Both died within days. Then I went again to buy tetras on sale. Asked for 6, paid for 6, but only received 4. Three of those died within days. Got an attitude when I returned them even though the water check was fine. I purchased a filter system for my 50 gallon tank, but when I got home found out it was only for a 20 gallon tank--stupid me for listening to their "expert". I could have spent enough money to get attention I guess if I didn't have to spend so much money on gas returning their mistakes. I didn't get the feeling the staff really cares about the customers. Have found a new place to shop.
