I am a FORMER regular customer of the aquatic critter ever since the late 90's when the reptile room was on the left. I say former due to the last few experiences there being not only bad but a little upsetting. In the past I bought fish from the critter and traded them back in for store credit when they got to big or they weren't getting along with the others, this seamed to be standard practice for many customers and they were always happy to do it, there was of course a % dropped when I brought them back "no complaints" but the last few times have been bad, they have given me nothing but attitude about trade ins and were only offering me about 20% and then this last time they basically told me to go screw or that they would GLADLY take back the fish for free. The critter was formerly a place run by guys that really where concerned for the well being of the fish and the satisfaction of the hobbyists that shopped there.
