Aquatic Critter Inc

I have been into the salt water for about a year. The people at aquatic critter were extremely helpful when I was spending thousands on my tank. After the initial burst of I find out that they do not guarantee anything related to salt waterwater. For example I recently bought 470 dollars for the fish one of the fish had a the ick and killed everything in my tank. I don't mind losing what was in my tank but I did not get a return on the money I spent 6 days ago. There is no return policy on saltwater fish that means if you buy $110 fish take it home and it dies you're just at $110. I am so frustrated that I told my wife that I would rather just go and write them $100 check a week and not take any fish because that's what I feel like I'm doing anyhow it's online shopping for me most online fish stores have at least a 14 day return policy. I hope everybody will do the same more

The Aquatic Critter is a great fish store in the Middle Tennessee / Nashville Metro area. They have a great selection of tropical, saltwater, South American, Central American, and African cichlids. They have pretty good prices on tropicals and a lot that you don't usually see in ordinary petstores. They had a few unusual Central American Cichlids, too. There African cichlid selection was OK, but I can find better locally. They had some awesome displays / giant aquariums, and they had some great deals on new aquariums. The reptile store next door is also worth a look! A very neat place to visit. more

This shop is the best place for fish in Nashville. The fish are in very good health, much better than those bought at petsmart or worse at walmart. I always buy my fish there. The people who work there are also very good in giving advices on which fish fits whit which fish and how many fish you can put in your aquarium. more

The Aquatic Critter is a fantastic place to visit if you're looking to install an aquarium in your home. They have the largest selection of fish and other aquatic animals that I've ever seen. Aquatic Critter features fresh water fish, Salt water fish, coral, star fish, and everything in between. They also have an extensive selection of living aquarium plants. In addition to all of this, they have a helpful staff that know everything there is to know about keeping and maintaining a thriving aquarium. The animals they keep in stock are so beautiful that it is worth it just to visit the Aquatic Critter just to see their impressive displays. In addition, there is a "reptile room" located off to the side which serves all of Middle Tennessee's reptile, spider, and amphibian needs. The reptile room is equally impressive. more
