I have been into the salt water for about a year. The people at aquatic critter were extremely helpful when I was spending thousands on my tank. After the initial burst of I find out that they do not guarantee anything related to salt waterwater. For example I recently bought 470 dollars for the fish one of the fish had a the ick and killed everything in my tank. I don't mind losing what was in my tank but I did not get a return on the money I spent 6 days ago. There is no return policy on saltwater fish that means if you buy $110 fish take it home and it dies you're just at $110. I am so frustrated that I told my wife that I would rather just go and write them $100 check a week and not take any fish because that's what I feel like I'm doing anyhow it's online shopping for me most online fish stores have at least a 14 day return policy. I hope everybody will do the same
