Beware! ISA certified?? 9/4/2011

Robert Gandt uses the ISA logo on invoice and website, but does not come up on ISA certification site. Also goes by Apex Arboriculture and Action Tree Service. Maimed a beautiful, healthy cedar. Seemed irritable and impatient with homeowner comments or questions. Nice to the person paying the bill, then disappeared. Workers were nice but watch out if you love your trees. Changed my home 2/20/2009

I hired Apex to thin 16 large Fir trees and remove two dead ones. I asked for chips and they were willing to spread them about the property when they finished. The trees looked great and the job was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommended! -Donna Parker, Auburn, WA more
