Good: The agent was very knowledgeable and friendly. I moved to Chicago not knowing anyone, and I appreciated what seemed to be a genuine concern for my choice of location. I initially picked apartment locations to scout out based on friend-recommendations, but the agent's advice to live closer to public transportation / CTA and Lincoln Park/zoo was great - I love living here!. Bad: This is very, very, trite, but they need better candy in the lobby. I know, trite.. Improvements: At the time I used them, their web search left a bit to be desired, but I think they fixed it. Then again, I wound up doing my own apartment sleuthing before I even approached them, so I guess it didn't change the experience.. Other: I will use them again when I move out of my place in July. The first time was a charm.. more
