The Best Way To Go Is With Desiree Rico! 10/23/2010

Desiree really cares about your needs! Desiree went the extra mile to help me find an apartment a couple weeks ago. She took all my informaton and circumstances, and worked with leasing managers to help me find the ideal apartment right next to my church and work. I was encourged and blessed to have Desiree as my apartment locator. She showed me the on line virtual pictures of the apartments before going out in person. This gave me a good visual picture of what the apartment would look like before we arrived. Step by step she explained my circumstances to the leasing managers. She came prepared to negotiate for me to get a good deal. I could tell that she was looking out for my best interest, rather than just trying to make a comission. I will be forever grateful for Desiree Rico's help during what could have been a very time consuming and stressful time in my life. The best way to go is with Desiree Rico!! Sincerely, Ruby more

Nick is the Best!! 10/5/2010

I recently needed an apartment on very short notice. I contacted several apartment locators on line and four called me. I had a few issues that I disclosed and I also stated the requirements for my apartment. Three said they could help me and that they would do some research and call me back. Only one told me he had a perfect apartment that would work with my issues and would meet all my needs. That was Nick Ulrich at Apartment Experts. The other three never called back. All Nick asked was that I tell him everything about my issues. After I told him everything, to my surprise, he again told me he had the perfect place that would not only work with my issues, but also one that I would love. Nick didn’t waste my time showing me multiple apartments and saving the best for last. He took me straight to the one he said I would love and he was right. It was perfect. The application process was stressful and scary to me, but Nick always responded to my calls, questions, and concerns with patience. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Nick Ulrich to ANYONE looking for an apartment, and if he tells you he has the perfect apartment for you, he probably does. Shirley more

I felt inclined to sign up for this website for the sole purpose of recommending Nick Ulrich to anyone in need of help locating a place in Austin, TX. The man was like a ninja, I turned my back for a second and all of the sudden I'm signing a lease to the exact place I'd hoped to find. Truthfully, Nick did an amazing job from start to finish in helping me find the right place for my children and me, and I very, very much appreciate it. I sincerely hope this review helps more people in need find their way to Nick, as he is one of those people who clearly loves his job and it shows. Nick is Wonderful!!! 8/22/2010

I had never used a locator service before, and this is my first time moving to a big city. I was definitely nervous about getting swindled but also had no idea about how to look for a place. Nick guided me through every step of the way, suggested things to see in Austin, and when I finally got here showed me a variety of properties all within my price point. I have since moved into a place we looked at, and absolutely love it. Nick found exactly what I needed and was an advocate for my interests when we talked with leasing agents. He was completely candid about issues of safety, noise, populations, etc. I felt like he truly had my best interests at heart and his thorough knowledge of pretty much every place in town landed me in a great first place of my own! Nick is a delight, honest, loves what he does, and is great at it. Thanks so much Nick!! more

this was my 2nd time working with nick. he found the best apartment i have ever lived in, and was able to get me moved in quickly. amazing. he definitely knows his properties and will find you something to fit what you're lookin for. if i ever leave this place, ill be right back at his desk. 1st review: I had never used a locator service before, and this is my first time moving to a big city. Great Help! 7/13/2010

Overall, Nick Ulrich was an amazing help with my move to Austin. I was moving down to Austin and knew absolutely nothing about the area or where I should begin my search. Additionally, I am on an incredibly limited budget due to the position I am moving to Austin for. I flew down to Austin expecting it to take an entire week to find an apartment, and after one day with Nick, I was able to find a beautiful apartment with everything I wanted at a price that I can afford. Nick was great with choosing locations that suited my needs, as well as continually asking the right questions to each apartment complex. We looked at about 7-8 apartments that day, and they all were great. I definitely recommend using Nick as your apartment locator, as you will not be disappointed at all! more

An angel 7/2/2010

There are really no words for me to describe everything that Nick Ulrich has done for us. I am a PhD student from Spain who is going to be spending around 3 months in Austin with my brother and boyfriend who by the way, do not speak a word of English which means I have to be the one dealing with all the paperwork and a long, long etc. of stressful stuff, adding also to the fact that I do not really know how electricity, rental insurances, water, etc. is set up in the US, who do I have to call, what’s the cheapest thing, bla bla bla... After going crazy for weeks I found Nick, and he was like light at the end of the tunnel. Not only did he go into the trouble of finding the best possible apartment for us (in less than 2 weeks), but also he is one of the kindest, hardworking, most thoughtful, charming person I have ever had the pleasure to talk to. Every question, problem I had, he solved it in the twinkling of an eye, even with the 7 hour difference. In addition, he has taken care of very single aspect that includes living in a foreign country, offered us a ride from the airport… he has even found a couple of friends for us who are going to be living close by !! I must say I could not have done it without him (imagine three people walking around Austin, huge luggage in hand, mid-August in Austin, looking for a place to live !!!). If you are looking for an apartment, Nick is your man! Nick is one of those (few) truly good-hearted persons that nowadays, in this crazy world of ours, do not seem to abound. Gracias Nick. Wonderful experience 5/20/2009

My husband and I used Rob Moreno with Apartment Experts to find our new apartment. We are moving from Pittsburgh to Austin, and were not familiar with the city. Rob provided great, detailed information about a wide range of properties, and helped us to narrow down our choices. Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted and what we didn't want; a different apartment locator service that we had contacted decided that the Arboretum area was the place for us regardless of what we said. Rob was very accommodating and helped us get a great deal. I don't think we could have found such a great apartment without his help. more
