I had never used a locator service before, and this is my first time moving to a big city. I was definitely nervous about getting swindled but also had no idea about how to look for a place. Nick guided me through every step of the way, suggested things to see in Austin, and when I finally got here showed me a variety of properties all within my price point. I have since moved into a place we looked at, and absolutely love it. Nick found exactly what I needed and was an advocate for my interests when we talked with leasing agents. He was completely candid about issues of safety, noise, populations, etc. I felt like he truly had my best interests at heart and his thorough knowledge of pretty much every place in town landed me in a great first place of my own!
