this was my 2nd time working with nick. he found the best apartment i have ever lived in, and was able to get me moved in quickly. amazing. he definitely knows his properties and will find you something to fit what you're lookin for. if i ever leave this place, ill be right back at his desk.

I had never used a locator service before, and this is my first time moving to a big city. I was definitely nervous about getting swindled but also had no idea about how to look for a place. Nick guided me through every step of the way, suggested things to see in Austin, and when I finally got here showed me a variety of properties all within my price point. I have since moved into a place we looked at, and absolutely love it. Nick found exactly what I needed and was an advocate for my interests when we talked with leasing agents. He was completely candid about issues of safety, noise, populations, etc. I felt like he truly had my best interests at heart and his thorough knowledge of pretty much every place in town landed me in a great first place of my own! Nick is a delight, honest, loves what he does, and is great at it. Thanks so much Nick!!
