WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I had the worst experience with them. I can't emphasize enough how awful they are. The two sisters who work there are extremely rude. My mom bought a dress from this store for my wedding, they took her measures. The dress was late and it was a ready only 2 weeks before my wedding. They said the dress was late because of the 4th of July Holiday. They should have take into account the Holiday when they promise a delivery date to customers. Even though they took her measures, the dress was 2 size big for my mom. They tailor only works on weekdays till 4, that means I had to take 2 days off from work and go back all the way to the store, JUST before my wedding. When i complained that I don't have enough time for the alterations two weeks before my wedding, they said it's my problem and I can sell the dress online, but I HAVE to buy it from them. They accused me that I'm just a unreasonable bride and all the stress has got into me. I NEVER had any other issues with any other vendors, never ever got frustrated with any other vendor. They just want to push you to buy, and once you make a payment, then they don't take ANY responsibility. Everything will be your problem then. STAY AWAY FROM THEM more

They don't have much of a selection, they don't allow pictures, are over priced, and ladies are rude. more

My daughter went with her friends to look for prom dresses. We had bought one online but wanted to have a second dress just in case. Some how the lady understood ahe had bought a dress already and didnt even let her try one on. She was very discriminating and rude. Will never ever visit this place again never the less recommend. more

I was intending to purchase a dress but there weren't any sizes left. Instead of ordering a new size she tailored the dress from the original display to a bigger size and as soon as I took the dress home to try on, it fell apart. Worst dress boutique, do not go over there. more

I just got married and where else would i go but Annabella's. Since i was a junior in high school i've been going there for all my dresses from prom to events and recently bridesmaid dresses and my beautiful breath taking wedding gown. Every time i go to Annabella's i am always greeted with open arms and kindness. If you really weren't sure what type of style you want, Rosa has a great eye, she'll pick something out that's amazing and perfect for you. (that's a gifted talent) I know i can always count on Rosa and Annabella to make me look OUTSTANDING. The best part are the compliments when i went to these events! Its amazing! All in all, Annabella's is the place to Dress ect...Thank you Both Rosa and Annabella For making my wedding day that more perfect because of the bridesmaid dresses and my breath taking wedding dress! She is rude and short temper. Tries to sell you a dress just so she can make a sale. I will not go to her again more

Ordered a dress for my fiance from this "boutique" they took her measurments to make sure the dress fit her properly, (my fiance is a size 2), it took 11 weeks to finally arrive and when it did the dress didnt even fit properly !!! the excuse for it taking sooooo long was that the dress was being made custom based on her measurements blah blah blah, when we called and asked what could be done, they want US to pay for the alterations to fix the dress !!! worst part is the dress is $200-$300 cheaper at anyother other dress boutique in the city !!! more

Good: Annabella's is a great. They have a variety of gorgeous dresses. I had already been to three dress stores before coming there and it was the best. It’s not too big and not to small. The showroom is neat and the customer service is amazing. I especially liked that they pay attention to the type of dress you’re looking for and help you to find more of that style without you even asking. It’s also wonderful that Annabella’s not only has dresses but the accessories. You’re in and out with everything you need.. Bad: The prices were a little high but every dress store that has good quality dresses has higher prices.. Improvements: It might be helpful if Annabella got a couple more employees for the busier business days.. Other: Another Great thing about Annabella's is they have their own line of dresses. So if you want to find a prom dress that no one else but you will have go to Annabella's and pick from the Gorgeous line of dresses.. more

service is annoying and horrible, mother is rude and a liar. tries to scare you into buying a dress by making things up like she's going to sell it to someone else or put it in the window so everyone can see it and want to buy it. ridiculous. only some dresses are pretty but all the service cares about is making the sale and getting you out. more

First of all I would like to set the story straight that Annabella's is by far the best boutique I have ever stepped foot in and have been going there for years. I have always been more than pleased with their hospitality and exquisite selection of dresses that you cannot find anywhere else. And to the individual (mario.a) who thinks I was not a bride because nearing the end of my appointment I was trying on formal gowns which could be made in white...maybe you should have paid attention more closely to the several bridal gowns that were tried on before I moved on to the formal wear... don't open your mouth too soon next time. Maybe you should not jump to conclusions and realize that Annabella's staff was only following through with the expertise service they offer to their brides. Overall, I would like to say that Annabella's is a fabulous boutique, with a substantial selection of gorgeous gowns, a staff who offers impeccable customer service, consideration and respect for their clientele. more

Good: Found a dress, but don't think I will be buying it from Annabella's.. Bad: I really liked it until my daughter was kicked out of her dressing room, (that they put us in) to put another girl in it. We were told she was a bride. Ok I had worked in the business so I know the dresses are very heavy plus you would want to look in the three way mirror to see the dress at all angles. But when I seen that she was trying on the same kind of dresses my daughter was trying on. I felt that was really bad business on there part .. Improvements: Treat people the way you would like to be treated . It's just common sense.. Other: My daughter was told, someone was there to try on the dress she had on and felt rushed to get undressed as the sales person followed behind her.. more

What an experience we had , the owner was so rude almost like , she was bother ,for sure the worst customer service we ever had,anyway her dresses are ugly and trashy looking so over priced,please my friends save your money more

Good: I loved the customer service provided by the owners. I liked that it had a variety of colors and styles. I also liked that the dresses are one of a kind.. Bad: I didn't like that I had to travel 4 hours to get wonderful clothes. They don't have great clothing and service in my area.. Improvements: None; everything was fine.. Other: The owners and staff were very hospitable and they treated my family and I like family. It was a beautiful experience. My sister found her wedding dress there. My mother, my other sister, and I are all purchasing our dresses, for the wedding, there. It was an excellent experience!!!! I recommend this boutique to everyone.. more

Annabella's boutique has amazing gowns but very expensive. I bought my gown there and spent well over $1,000. I had a great experience and Rosa was very sweet and kind as well as Annabella. BUT then I heard from other people that Annabella is too over priced because they found the same gowns at different places for a cheaper price and alterations were free! Not at Annabella's. I was also told that they do not tell their customers who the designers of the gowns are and they rip off the original label and add Annabella's label instead. So I looked at my purchased gown after I wore it and sure enough the label was Annabella's. No wonder I did not know what to say when people asked who designed my gown. I don't know what to think of this boutique. I do know for sure that if you want to save money and get a beautiful gown just go somewhere else. This place has the nicest gowns but for way toooo much $$$ Other boutiques have nice gowns and might have the gown you saw at Annabella's but for a much more affordable price. Customer service at Annabella's was Ok, not bad but just Ok. I would not recommend this place to anyone either way. Maybe just to window shop or to get an idea of what type of gown you are looking for. more

Well I went to our anual military ball and I sure hate to go and see other ladies with the same dress. I have to say, I walked in there with my head up high knowing I had the pretiest sexiest dress and I knew no one would have my dress. I got great customer service they even gave me a glass of wine. Im going back to get my next dress. It worth it! At least I think so. Thank you Rosa and Rosa's mom, you gals are the greatest. Lisa Fuentes more
