I choose Dr. Klapper as my plastic surgeon after doing research on NY surgeons. I read a lot about him in the press and saw him highlighted on TV as one of ""the new surgeons to look for in 2004"". First let me say that Dr.Klapper is the best! He did my face and eyes in his private operating room and then he put me in a hotel in with a private nurse.
