Personal and Professional - The Complete Movers! I spent ages researching for a removal firm for a dear Aunt of mine living in the US who finally had to downsize, trying to find her just the right team. When I came across Van Lines they just felt right, with the best reviews and most suitable methods for what we wanted. I checked them out with my Aunt and we booked them. A welcome leap forward for both of us! Well, we were both there for the move, and we were so pleased with the service that Ameican Red Ball Moving gave us. The guys on the Van were excellent and worked non stop with care and without a fuss. They had everything they needed to help pack and protect my Aunt's fragile and well loved items and there were no hidden costs. It was a professional job, well done from start to finish. Very professional from start to finish. They provided me with an estimate on the phone. Made an appointment to come and do a physical estimate. The price remained the same. They confirmed the move, set a moving time. On the day of the move, they called me 30 minutes before to confirm that the were on their way. They are very organized, worked well with their team and got my move done in a very organized and professional manner. They arrived at my house within a decent timeframe. My stuff was unloaded and placed in the exact position as labeled on the boxes. They asked prior to unloading where furniture need to be placed. Upon completion, they verified that I was satisfied where everything was placed. I could not ask for a better experience. I would recommend them 100%. Price was excellent compared to other quotes and it was a flat charge. I did give them a good tip because I fet that it was well deserved.\r \r excellent job.Thanks Avi. more
