First, the positive - both Kevin and his assistant(s) are quite charming and personable. Their telephone personalities are impeccable. Sadly, their ability to follow through with professional service ends there. After a year of sending me statements, they stopped and tried to get two different mortgage companies that have nothing to do with my property to pay for my policies. They then sent dunning notices when the companies failed to pay. After numerous requests that they correct the error, the issue remained unresolved. Thank God I never had a claim.
