American Express is NOT closed. It is now this office is NO longer OPEN to the public. It is where they send out the special Black cards which are NOT made out of plastic. It is for security purposes not to have this address available to the public and they don't receive mail there - just outgoing mail. All mail sent to this address is re-directed by the post office to another location.
