I am a business owner in Snohomish, WA. My commercial polices renew every September, and Jim Miller of ABPI calls me every year to try and solicit my business. I am not interested in using ABPI as my agent as I have a longstanding relationship with another agent who has always been good about shopping my policy and making sure I get the best deals; not to mention they give me excellent customer service. This year my agent went to shop my policies and she came back to me stating she could not obtain quotes as another agent had placed a block on my account having already requested quotes on my behlaf. Come to find out, Mr. Jim Miller of ABPI had done this...he requested quotes and blocked my account on the market WITHOUT EVER SPEAKING TO ME OR GETTING MY AUTHORIZATION OR APPROVAL TO DO SO!!!!
