The Best Place to get your locks done. 6/9/2010

My locks were in dire need for help. Some of them were just holding on by a fews strands. A friend suggested I go to Amazon's. Other shops i had gone told me i had to cut them off and start over and I was willing to do just that but I love my locks so I thnought I would give it one more try. Caution: Find Another Salon! 12/18/2009

I'm finished with Amazon Salon! My visits to Amazon left me knowing that the community deserves something much better. There is no standard pricing for services. So, you may be charged one price by a particular stylist on one visit and then charged much more by another sylist for the same service the next time. One chick took longer to complete my hair than she had on a previous visit & still charged ME by the hour after she slow azzed around while completing my hair. Some, not all, of the staff can be very arrogant and unprofessional. There was loud music blasting the whole time I was there. It was clear that Team Amazon was much more concerned about their own comfort than that of their clients. Pros: Great knowledge about natural hair care Cons: Very unprofessional staff & ""get over"" pricing practices. more
