Alterations While-U-Wait

I was in a jam to get some new suits altered and did not want to wait two weeks as most other tailors were telling me. I found Paul and his business online and they met or exceeded all of my expectations. I will tell all I know about the quality and service I received. Not only was the service excellent, but the price I was charged was less than if I had waited 2 weeks with a competitor. Paul is genuine and he strives to make his business the best. more

I drove over an hour to get my clothes altered here. I had a few dresses I wanted taken in and needed a zipper repaired. I've heard so many wonderful things about the quality of their work and customer service that I wanted to try them first - before looking for a place closer to home. I got there 2 and a half hours before they closed on a Saturday and they refused to take on my work. They were 'too busy' and had already decided not to do any more fittings that day. I said I didn't need the dresses completed that day. They said I could come back on Monday. I asked if I needed to make an appointment for Monday to avoid getting turned away and they said no. I do not intend to come back on Monday for fear that this will happen to me again. I cannot waste my time and money traveling to Glendale just to get turned away. My Saturday afternoon is completely shot, and I have nothing to show for it. This incident made me feel that they don't really care about getting my business. If you're going to give them a try, make sure you call ahead. They're clearly getting too big too quickly and can't handle new business. more

I'm a short, busty fashion bug who's, frustrated over alterations. All the shops in HydePark, Mt Lookout, and Loveland dont care about my unique needs, but I found one in Glendale that does! While buying shoes at Ronkers I saw alterations across the street so I tried them. The difference is night vs day! They're so friendly I felt like I'm their only customer! Travis took my information (hot dude! wonder if he's single) Lena shows me the dressing room so I put on my dress then a peppy, chipper guy studies me in it. I am very impressed because instead of saying I'm hard to fit,he says ""You have a great shape, and great taste in fashion. With darts this dress will compliment your shape."" This is the only shop I've ever been to that has low prices and compliments instead of making me feel like I'm a problem. ALTERATION WHILE U WAIT is a gem! This place is only ok and only does simple alterations. I think the reviews are bogus as they are all written in the same style with typos.\r \r more

I was in many clothing alterations shops in and around Cincinnati area, but only this one is outstanding to me! ?Alterations While U Wait ?Paul Cariaga Master Tailor? has taken care of my suits many times now, for nearly 2 years. I am 6?5? tall and skinny, but have very wide shoulders. I wear 46 Extra Long suit. I wear suits every day in my profession, because I speak to corporate executives and directors at seminars about appearance, presentation and decorum. Paul and his staff are truly expert master tailors to accommodate my tilted hip and my slightly low shoulder. Their work is guaranteed to be perfect, and so far, it has always been! BETTER THAN AWSOME!! ! ! ! \r These guys at ?Alterations While U Wait? have won me over! I am hard to fit because of advanced scoliosis. Being an attorney, I wear a suit every day. I HATE to shop, and it doesn't help that alterations are wide-ranged, expensive and difficult! Paul, the owner of ALTERATIONS WHILE U WAIT has changed all that. For the first time ever, I get my suits back in two or three DAYS (not weeks). All my suits need a lot of work, so naturally the price adds up, but it?s often lower than I expected. More importantly, the work is done right! And when my difficult body frame presents its challenges, they just work with it until it?s corrected. Trevor, an associate tailor at ALTERATIONS WHILE U WAIT (QFA). told me I should just HANG AROUND AND WAIT for my suit to be hemmed. All other ALTERATIONS SHOPS required two weeks. I told Trevor I would go shopping and suggested they call me when they finish. PAUL CARIAGA, the owner, said that they would probably be calling before I reach the mall, but that I was the boss. At that, I left. I stopped at the traffic light a mile away from their shop, and already they were calling my cell phone!! MY HEMS WERE DONE, and I had only reached the first corner!
