I was in an accident on Friday moring in LA. I called AAA and they sent Alpha Towing. Later in the day I asked them to send my car to Holmes Body shop in Pasadena. They were supposed to do that and drop ithe keys in the mail slot if Holmes was closed. They did not take my car over as promised and on Saturday I called. They said they would take my car over on Monday morning and they assured me they would not charge for storage. On Monday they gave the body shop a bill for $790 for 2 towings and $260 for storage. DO NOT EVER CALL THEM! THEY ARE DISHONEST!
