I would like to thank you for the wonderful support Allstate Moving ship to our move earlier this weekend. The crew was phenomenal -- friendly, hardworking and professional. They did an incredible job packing up a large number of plastic bins and boxes, countless plastic bags of clothing in addition to car seats and strollers, within an organized fashion generating the transition to your new location easier. I am unable to even imagine the way we could have done it without their support and yours. more

We had a short move from the downtown apartment to midtown. We chose Allstate Moving in Phoenix because they were recommended by a friend, and were also the least expensive we found. These guys were fast, courteous, and did everything possible to protect our stuff. I was shocked that the move was completed so quickly. We'd minor damage to our bed, and when I pointed it out to them, they offered to pay the entire expense of the repair, well beyond what we should were insured for. The damage was so minor, and really beyond their control, so that I decided to not even pursue it. If we have to move again, we will be using Allstate Moving. more

In the morning of the move I was very nervous. The team of movers was early and the supervisor of the team spoke with me and explained everything in my experience and when we finished all of the signatures all the boxes were already from my apartment. The team was extremely fast, efficient and very friendly to suspecting customers much like me. I would recommend Allstate Moving to anyone I know. more

I moved my business in Phoenix to a new location. I had many valuables which were very high priced including paintings, sculptures and numerous works of art that were irreplaceable. I had heard about Allstate Moving and decided to call them to obtain an estimate. I was greeted with a very courteous sales representative, who reassured me of Allstate Moving excellent level of service, as I was very nervous with all the expensive items I had to move. Every piece was moved without a scratch on it. The movers knew exactly how to wrap and pack each item. They were the greatest bunch of guys, and turned what could have been a very stressful experience, into one of the best moving experiences. I will unquestionably be using them again for any future moves, and will highly recommend them. more

I dispise moving, but they actually managed to get an enjoyable experience! Allstate Moving were punctual, friendly, helpful and solved the problem stay calm during my move. I had some very difficult pieces to move, some with great sentimental attachment, and they treated it using the greatest of care! Any questions I had they answered and they obviously knew what they were doing. I would recommend Allstate Moving to anyone who wants a hassle free move. more

I did a lot of online research into well-rated Phoenix moving companies and known as a number of movers for quotes. Allstate Moving gave me the best hourly rate, and I decided to go with them. The three movers were promptly, very professional, and incredibly helpful. They completed my proceed to a new studio in lust a few hours, and everything arrived here in fine condition. The charge at the end of the move was as decided, although there were a couple additional $10 charges for shrink-wrap for the couch and a bag for the chair. Overall, Allstate Moving made moving day manageable. Five stars and I would definitely recommend them. more

A-1 Allstate Movers Inc Category: Movers Neighborhoods: Fourth Ward, Downtown 10/24/2011 Allstate movers said 4 times that my move was good to go - and once I signed an agreement, paid my deposit - they emailed (couldn't even call) to let me know they didn't have a truck available. Once I mentioned my signed agreement as well as verbal email agreements - they rudely mentioned "i waited to long to contact them and I should have contacted two separate moving companies". There are much more responsive and respectful companies out there - I wouldn't waste your time risking this experience. (3 days before my move they cancelled - and this was a multi-state move. Try someone who actually has 24 hour customer service - All state is a small company with a small office, they don't care if they mess up! here is the email from them : Mind you this was 3 days before my move???? Recently i hired Allstate Moving to help me with my move. They provided a stressful experience smooth and easy. The first thing that impressed me about Allstate Moving, would be that the owner, personally came to my apartment to create the estimate. In all the many years of living in Phoenix and all the moves I've made, it was the first time that the owners has taken the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men that came to move me were so wonderful. These were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I was given held true after the move. I have already recommended Manor to many of my friends and coworkers and that i will use them myself on my next move. You really can't go wrong with this company! more

When my mother chose to move from Phoenix to Southern California, I decided to use Allstate Moving. I had moved earlier from Bay area and had great service from their website. As with my previous move, Allstate Moving sent a great team of workers. Jesus and his crew carefully wrapped my mother’s furniture and possessions. When they arrived with her items, I was happy to see that Jesus and his crew were going to unload her things. It had just rained quite difficult and they took extra measures to insure that does not only were her items moved in carefully but in addition that her floors were protected as they walked through her new home. We booked their packing service, as well as moving service - in both cases, they showed up promptly, did their work efficiently and courteously. Danny and his crew did our packing, quickly, but efficiently, and breakables were so noted on the outside. Moving crew loaded, transported and unloaded all the stuff very nicely, were courteous, and helpful, in spite of both apartments being upstairs. I would recommend Allstate Moving to anyone, any time! We moved last month with Allstate Moving and it was a fantastic moving experience. The crew of 4 was fast and efficient and did not damage anything. They were very professional and numbered the boxes so that you can check off each number upon arrival. It is very useful for long distance movers. You may pay a little more then the average mover but in this case you really do get what you pay for! more

That was a great surprise! I never though it would be such a smooth move to my new apartment. I was very excited about moving but was quite stressed. Flat rate managed to work around my schedule and changed the start time a few times until everything worked out between the buildings and my schedule. They even called the building and sent insurance (my building is very strict). I was impressed. I didn't have to worry about anything and that's how it should be. Great service! The move went very smoothly to our surprise and the price was the same as we were quoted initially. The movers were courteous and polite. They managed to accomplish this complicated move that involved three different locations efficiently and without any problems. These guys are the best in the business. Quick, affordable, and can lift more furniture than I thought was humanely possible. Have you ever seen a couch with an armoire and kitchen table stacked on it? I saw it with my own eyes and the best part? Not one scratch on our furniture!!! I HIGHLY recommend these movers.
