We're a property management company and we own lots of properties. I've used them for many years and they've taken some really tough stains out of carpets. They're always on time and I can always schedule them right away when I need them. They do an excellent job. Nancy Porter more

All American Carpet Care is very convenient because it's close to our area. We have some older area rugs and we also have dogs, so there have been some pee stains on the rugs. All American has been able to dry those and get those out. They've done a very nice job in that regard. We've probably used them five or six times. It's a combination of the convenience of their location and the quality of their work. The two go hand-in-hand. Obviously everyone likes something that's close by and if they do a good job too, you're going to keep going there. The owner Mike and his wife are very conscientious. It's a family owned company, which I like. I would recommend them to anybody to do their rug work for them. I like that it's not a huge company. You get personal service. more

All American Carpet Care's service is VERY expensive. That's my main problem with them. I am a returning customer and feel there ought to be some kind of consideration given to customers who have been with him awhile. Some kind of discount program offer would be nice! He did work on some traffic patterns for over $300?! However, I very much like the gentlemen who come and do the work. There are a lot of people I can't stand in my house, but these are good guys. We charge $0.30 per sq ft because we offer cleaning performed by Certified Technicians, maintain an A+ rating with the BBB, guarantee our work, are long-established in the community as well as our profession, are fully insured, and work hard to maintain our vehicles and equipment. Unfortunately, not all carpet cleaners adhere to the same high standards so you never know what you may get! I am very satisfied with the work of All American Carpet Care. They are very cautious about what they are doing, for example they make sure none of my electronics get damaged. They are very good about letting me know if a stain may not come out and explain everything. The workers are great and very responsible, they are there on time for the scheduled appointment. They also make a courtesy call the day before to confirm. My carpet cleaning turned out perfect. They are excellent, no complaints. more

I had some tea stains on my daughter's carpet, and they were able to remove those. They also helped me clean another area that required some difficult cleaning. They are prompt and friendly. more

We have a cat and a dog that are not always keeping it outside and All American Carpet Care has helped us keep our carpets clean. We also have some rugs from Turkey that they have cleaned. They call to confirm appointments, call to remind us what time they will be here, call us when they're on their way, and show up when they are supposed to. The carpet was fine, they did a great job on the carpet. All of the furniture was fine except for the couch had a horrific odor afterwards, we later discovered it was from the cleaning. I would definitely recommend All American Carpet Care and I have recommended them before. I'm a manager and when I call them they send someone out to clean the carpets. Everything turned out fine. I had some spots in my own house too that they cleaned. The spots came back up so he came out and did some other work on it. He did a good job. I used All American for carpet and upholstery cleaning on a recommendation. They did a great job and took pride in their work. The best surprise, however, was when they told me Mike could spot dye my taupe carpet to hide a number of spots (including a very large one) where carpet cleaner had bleached out the color. I had been resigned to having to replace the carpet even though it was only a couple of years old. The guys took pictures and Mike came out and did a fantastic job! I couldn't be more satisfied. I did not think it would be possible to match the color but Mike was clearly an expert - the stain is virtually indistinguishable. It saved me thousands of dollars by not having to replace the carpet in the whole room. Kudos! more

I have worked with All American Carpet and Tile for seven to eight years. They have been very professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I manage several vacation rentals, and use them exclusively. It is very low anxiety working with this company, because they have a high level of integrity. They are consistent and I trust them. They never hit the panic button and that puts me at ease. This is important because with rentals there are sometimes emergencies or time crunches to consider. more

I started using them a few years ago, I was recommended to them by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised with what a great job they did and how reasonable their prices were. They're responsive, have good experience, know what they're doing, and got tough stains out of the carpet. I had a situation where the owner, Mike, had to come back out and work on some pet stains. He came, took care of it, got them out, and didn't charge me extra. more

I manage apartments. Most recently, we had a incident where one of our pipes broke and flooded two units. All American Carpet & Tile came within an hour. They've taken care of my emergencies beautifully, and they've also handled normal cleanings both here and at my personal condo.
