I started using them a few years ago, I was recommended to them by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised with what a great job they did and how reasonable their prices were. They're responsive, have good experience, know what they're doing, and got tough stains out of the carpet. I had a situation where the owner, Mike, had to come back out and work on some pet stains. He came, took care of it, got them out, and didn't charge me extra.
