All American Carpet Care is very convenient because it's close to our area. We have some older area rugs and we also have dogs, so there have been some pee stains on the rugs. All American has been able to dry those and get those out. They've done a very nice job in that regard.
We've probably used them five or six times. It's a combination of the convenience of their location and the quality of their work. The two go hand-in-hand. Obviously everyone likes something that's close by and if they do a good job too, you're going to keep going there.
The owner Mike and his wife are very conscientious. It's a family owned company, which I like. I would recommend them to anybody to do their rug work for them. I like that it's not a huge company. You get personal service.
