Alert Pest Control had inconsistent timing, two different people for parts of the job didn't seem to come to a consensus. One of the guys even creeped-out my nanny which was unset...

Alert Pest Control do work for my tenants in San Francisco and as far as I know, they are excellent about following up and very thorough. I'm in NY so, I haven't worked with them other than on the phone, but they are very nice on the phone and they make appointments right away. They show up on time and I think they are competitively priced. I will continue to hire them. more

Need to Remove the Traps 12/12/2016

The one issue I have with Alert Pest Control is that I still have all of their pest traps on my property and I would like those to be removed. I think that they were successful at trapping the pests, to the best of my knowledge. The workers were very polite and professional, however. more

Good service but I wasn't satisfied with the hiring options. 11/14/2016

I'm the manager and I take care of the whole thing and deal with Alert Pest Control directly. So, I wasn't really satisfied with options that they gave me as far as hiring somebody to do the work. I think it's a little absurd that you have to sign up for several month worth of service for a long time. It didn't use to be this way and I understand if that's the new one, but I really think that we probably could have achieved the same thing with a single visit, but that wasn't an option that I was given. more

I had good work done from Alert Pest Control. They came out very quickly and got to work right away. The job went very well and our house has been pest free since they came out and did the work. I am very pleased with how the work they did went for us, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest removal service. more

Excellent customer service, great work 9/15/2016

The workers from Alert Pest Control were very nice and professional while they were here, and they set a lot of traps around the house and did good work. The only problem was that there weren't any traps set under the back deck where I noticed today more mice were coming out from. I called Alert Pest Control today and let them know this was happening and they agreed to come out again today to finish the work and set more traps under the deck. Alert Pest Control has excellent customer service and I will definitely be using them again if I need, and would highly recommend their services. more

Satisfactory results 7/5/2016

Alert Pest Control came to my home and investigated a pest problem that we had. The technician was responsive and informative and the problem was resolved within a few weeks. I was satisfied with everything they did and would use them again if I needed to! more

It was above average 6/7/2016

I called Alert Pest Control for a rat problem and they went back three times and set traps, but I didn't see any rats trapped. But, the service was great because they came out and did what they said they would do. Unfortunately, I don't think they caught anything. I felt like I paid for nothing. I don't feel it was cheap for what I got, but I also haven't seen any rats--so I don't know if it really worked or not. I use them for rental properties and don't know about how everything worked unless I hear from the tenants. We have also used them for cockroaches in apartments, and I have heard that the service worked very well. However, they charged a transaction fee which is irritating to me. But, I've used them before and would use them again; you get what you pay for overall, and it was fine. more

A reliable service that gets the job done 5/18/2016

I like that Alert Pest Control is efficient and prompt. I called them to take care of the huge ant infestation in our house, and they came and got rid of them. We tried to take care of the ants ourselves, but there are certain things that need to be done that you can't do yourself--like protecting the outside of the house and preventing the ants from coming inside. It's my third time using Alert Pest Control, and I like the job they do and their follow-up. more

Carmen is amazing 10/23/2015

After our two cats died, we had rats under the house. Carmen discovered the classic rat hole. She is a lovely, petite woman with long, beautiful hair but she quickly donned protective gear and crawled under the house. I was amazed. My only complaint is the robo call appointment remeinder, but they graciously stopped it when I asked. more

Very courteous! 10/19/2015

I've been working with Alert Pest Control for about 3-4 years now. They're always prompt, and if they run late they always call and apologize, even if it's just a couple of minutes late. They're thorough, they always let me know what they're doing and what they find out. The pricing is fair, and the people are polite. I've already recommended them! more

I have been using Alert Pest Control for five years and they are really great. Their customer service is really good and they are always very courteous and call to remind me of the scheduled service appointments. Whenever I have had an issue at home, I call them and they immediately schedule me for an appointment. The actual pest service works really well at keeping away all those unwanted house guests and their prices are reasonable--maybe a little high--but reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them and recommend that you do too. more

Very professional at what they do and love to put their attention to the problem. 2/2/2015

I have been using Alert Pest Control for my restaurant inspection on and off for about 10 years now. The people who come to inspect are very alert about the areas I need help. I let them know my concerns and they take their time to apply a solution. Personally, they are very easy to get a hold of when we have questions and the communication between them and my reps is very good. more

Very professional 12/9/2013

We thought we had bed bugs so Alert Pest Control came out and did two treatments in one room in my house. Everything turned out great. Turned out we didn't have bed bugs so we didn't need the treatments. We called because my son had a rash that looked like bed bugs but it turned out to be something else. That wasn't Alert's fault, but my own judgement. They did a great job, were very professional and did a good job explaining the job that they were doing. They showed up on time and were very professional. more

Easy communication. Professional staff. Problem solved! 11/1/2013

We had cockroaches in our home, so we called Alert Pest Control. It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them and communicate with them over the phone. Someone came right away to take care of our problem. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They were able to fix the problem after the first try. They did a really good job. The cockroaches are gone now. We would recommend anyone to hire them! more

Alert Pest Control are doing great so far. They're not done yet, not for another couple of months, but we had some problems with mice and rats. Alert was totally professional when they evaluated and assessed the problem and they handled it accordingly. They're great. more

Alert Pest Control is really personable and all of their technicians are very very helpful and friendly. They are prompt and most importantly they are effectively. I use them monthly to maintain my rodent-free house and they have been helping me for 5 years off and on! I would highly recommend them! more

Thorough, customized professional support. 5/7/2013

Alert Pest Control has helped us to find a level of management that is appropriate for the space. We have a very difficult site to manage since it is very open to the outside. We know we are not going to kill all the pests in the area and their management will be ongoing. The staff is professional, timely and very thorough. They have helped us find a management plan the meets our needs. more
