I'm the manager and I take care of the whole thing and deal with Alert Pest Control directly. So, I wasn't really satisfied with options that they gave me as far as hiring somebody to do the work. I think it's a little absurd that you have to sign up for several month worth of service for a long time. It didn't use to be this way and I understand if that's the new one, but I really think that we probably could have achieved the same thing with a single visit, but that wasn't an option that I was given.
