I like that Alert Pest Control is efficient and prompt. I called them to take care of the huge ant infestation in our house, and they came and got rid of them. We tried to take care of the ants ourselves, but there are certain things that need to be done that you can't do yourself--like protecting the outside of the house and preventing the ants from coming inside. It's my third time using Alert Pest Control, and I like the job they do and their follow-up.
