This was the first time we used Airplus of California INC. We found them on the internet. You have to pay for them to come down and give you an estimate but they were profes...

I like the fact that the man Airplus sent out wore a uniform and identified himself first. He checked my unit, told me what he thought was wrong, and then he fixed it. It was a good experience. more

Our Service Technician Daniel Monge arrived before our appointment time and diagnosed the problem right away...Very professional and knowledgeable...our unit is working better than before...Highly recommended! I called and they were here the next day! AWESOME!!! more

Fantastic! 6/26/2012

Number one, Airplus of California had a very fast turnaround. Number two, the person who came to take care of our problem was extremely pleasant and extremely patient in answering all our questions explaining what we needed to do. They were fantastic, and I was amazed at how quickly he responded! They gave us a window of 10-2, and I thought they'd arrive at about 2. He was here this morning and he was fantastic! Maintaining our AC unit the past 6 years 6/21/2012

I have had Airplus of California service my air conditioning unit for the past 6 years and we actually just had our most recent technician from them come out today. His name was Daniel and he is just the best, and I would recommend the company just based off his work alone. more

Good experience and we would recommend them. 6/20/2012

First of all, we had a really great experience with Robert. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and explained everything thoroughly. I really liked working with Robert. He is a really nice guy, and we were happy with our interactions with him. I feel like Airplus knew what we needed to do and was accommodating. They were very knowledgeable, and I appreciated that. We got a lot of quotes before them, but they sold us on their knowledge. Some of the companies made some strange suggestions on how to handle our heating and air, but Robert's suggestion made sense. That's why they won the quote. That and the fact that they were willing to work with us and change plans to remain affordable. Overall, it was a great experience. more

Highly recommend them! 6/19/2012

I've already recommended Airplus of California to my two brothers. As a matter of fact, my brother bought one and he's in the process of getting financing! I really like Matt from Airplus. He was the guy that sold it. He really talked to me and got results. I had found Airplus through an online site. They gave me three names, I interviewed them, and I selected Airplus. They did their job 6/14/2012

The gentleman who was here from Airplus of California was afraid of dogs. I have three dogs: a lab, and the other two are ten-pound dogs. It was very inconvenient to lock up my dogs. One of them was a puppy. Airplus installed a new air conditioner and something else in the attic. They did their job! The dog thing aggravated me. The other thing I was kind of disappointed with was that I couldn't get a rebate on my air conditioner. Had I known that, I would have picked a different contractor. more

Airplus of California was really great. I really like them. I would recommend them anytime. They did everything they said they were going to do. They gave me a price upfront and stuck to that price. They did not increase the price on anything. Everything came out really well, and the system runs really well. The office staff was very helpful as well. more

Superior Performance 3/22/2012

Airplus of California were one of the better companies I have ever used. They had good explanations fo what they were going to do, I felt that the price was good, and I felt that what they did was fast and polite. I was especially happy about their great warranty deal-it is a one year warrant on their products. They installed a heater and air conditioner for me quickly, and with great service. more

No hard sell. Doug was a really nice guy. They put in new insulation and duct work in the attic. He gave me a really great price and I can feel a huge difference. They were all pleasant and real nice. I found him on the internet, and he called me in minutes. I was looking for a furnace but ended up using them for a new furnace, AC unit, plus the insulation and duct work. more

So respectful, professional and trustworthy. 1/23/2012

Airplus of California sent out two technicians to fix our heater. They were wonderful and did a very good job. They came in, and did what they needed to do. They were very respectful and professional. I really needed to leave to pick up my son, but they were strangers so I was a bit nervous. However, they were very nice and I really felt like I could trust them. I left and came back and they had finished and my heater was working! I will definitely call on those two technicians for any future work, they were so good, and I hope they get commended for their great work! more

I've had Airplus of California come out numerous times to my new home. The home builders probably put in the worst heating system they could to save money, so I had a lot of problems with my air conditioning and heating. Airplus was able to solve those problems! I've been using them since 2008. Most of their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and they come when they say they're going to come! more

Diligent and thorough! 10/10/2011

I've been using Airplus of California for a couple of years. In fact, a lot of people in my neighborhood use Airplus. I just appreciate somebody coming in and out and explaining what they'll be doing. Oscar was thorough. That's a plus these days! He had to go to the attic where our unit is and check certain things for maintenance. he did all that, changed the filters, and then looked at our air conditioning unit to see how it was. We've been in our house for eight years, and he said that it was like new! He was very thorough and we really appreciated that. Oscar at Airplus of California was very diligent. Couldn't be happier with this company! 10/4/2011

We needed to have a lot of work done. We had interviewed five different heating and AC companies and we narrowed it down to three, and felt confident that any one of those companies would be great. Airplus of California came in with the lowest price so we went with them. We are very happy with the work they did for us! We feel like we got the best company for the best price! We couldn't be happier. Mark came out first thing in the morning and stayed with the asbestos removal team as the removed it. He also oversaw the ductwork removal and got his team started on installing the new ductwork for our new furnace. Everyone was very professional and friendly and they worked the whole time they were there. They finished up at 3pm. It was incredible! They cleaned up perfectly and left no mess behind. They vacuumed up the dust and even asked that I take a look to see that it was to my satisfaction. Overall, this was as smooth as we'd hoped for it to be. We won't have to use them again, but I certainly would highly recommend them to anybody and I have! Cassandra Armstrong more
