Number one, Airplus of California had a very fast turnaround. Number two, the person who came to take care of our problem was extremely pleasant and extremely patient in answering all our questions explaining what we needed to do. They were fantastic, and I was amazed at how quickly he responded! They gave us a window of 10-2, and I thought they'd arrive at about 2. He was here this morning and he was fantastic!
