Airplus of California came out and did annual maintenance for us and offered the program about six months ago and followed up with us after we showed interest. They took care of all of our equipment and were friendly, helpful, and professional. We had no problems with them at all. more

The service we received from Airplus of California Inc. was in regard to a warranty. This is a brand new home and Airplus installed the air conditioning unit in it. Our builder actually called them and they came and provided some adjustments to the a/c. The technician was very professional and courteous. The young guy that came here from Airplus of California Inc. on my last service call was very conscientious. The whole floor in my condo is tile. He put covers on his shoes and I said, "Hey, don't worry about it; it's all tile." But he kept them on anyway. He showed me everything he did. I told him that, since I was getting ready to go to work, I would be in and out. It was early in the morning. Before he left he was very conscientious. He was just a decent, decent guy. If they keep hiring people like that, they are going to get a lot of repeat customers. Their customer service is kind of off the scale. They're smart; they're doing it the right way. In this world of doing everything on the internet, people are going to pay anything for customer service like that. There are two experiences out there: there's that type of customer service or there's waiting for a voice message and a bank statement. People will pay for the customer service experience because that's the way it used to be. It's a rare thing, but they're doing a good job at it. They're making sure their people are well trained and representing the company in the very best light. more

The first thing the Airplus of California guy did was put on his booties to step into my house, which was very nice. My wife is Japanese and doesn't like people walking in the house with shoes on. That made a very good impression! He came in to check and replace the filters. He also went into the attic and made sure the furnace was working properly. Everything seems to be running fine, and we were completely pleased with his service. more

The servicemen who came were courteous and prompt. They always showed up when they were supposed to. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We called Airplus of California when our AC was leaking quite a bit. The technician came and checked that the pans were all aligned properly and so forth. It turned out there was a huge plug where extra water goes into the unit, so he cleared the blockage and made sure it worked just fine. more

We have been using Airplus of California Inc to do annual upkeep of our a/c unit and then they also come back six months after that and take care of the heating related equipment. Two years back, we had a problem with one of our units. It was still under warranty through our builders and Airplus is who they contracted out to do the job. That's how we got in their system. They cold called us and asked to service the equipment and make sure everything was still running okay. One of my wife's friends had had her unit die because regular maintenance wasn't done. She ended up having to buy a brand new unit. So we felt compelled to say, "Yeah, why don't you do that" and we've been using them ever since. We haven't had any problems with them. As long as we continue to have no issues of any kind I see no reason to stop using them. We've never had anyone rude come. They do a great job. They're prompt and always there when they say they're going to be there within a certain time frame. The last couple times they actually ended up being there right on the nose. And this past time they were even a few minutes early. That alone in my mind is worth recommending them for. It's always a nuisance when a company shows up at the last possible moment and you waste that block of time. That's not the case with them; I never feel like I've wasted my day. more

I used Airplus of California to service our a/c. We had problems with our a/c during the first heat wave of the season and they were the only company that would actually respond to us. Even if they couldn't make it, they would at least give me a call so we weren't just sitting around waiting. They were able to see me faster than anyone and keep their commitments, bottom line. Their technician was real helpful and gave some real good tips about how to maintain the system--when to clean it and things of that nature. He was really helpful and really thorough. The same thing with dispatch: she was on top of it and would call me after the work was done to make sure we were taken care of. That goes a long way. more

We've had Airplus of California Inc. for five years and never had a problem with them. They're outstanding. We've had their maintenance program, where they come twice a year, and they always come on time and always do a good job. Their staff outside and inside is wonderful. The technicians are great and inside everyone you call is very friendly and professional. They're just wonderful. We purchased another house and put an air conditioner in there with them. When we had 108 degree weather the air conditioner in my mother's house broke and we were able to get them out there in two days and had her up and running in three. That's amazing for this time of year. In fact, I called them a couple weeks ago and wanted to talk to a manager and tell them how wonderful they are. more

I called them early Saturday morning after my air conditioning went out the previous night. They arrived within two hours and fixed my air conditioner in about 30 minutes. They were done before it even got hot for the day. It was my second time using them. more
