I used Airplus of California to service our a/c. We had problems with our a/c during the first heat wave of the season and they were the only company that would actually respond to us. Even if they couldn't make it, they would at least give me a call so we weren't just sitting around waiting. They were able to see me faster than anyone and keep their commitments, bottom line.
Their technician was real helpful and gave some real good tips about how to maintain the system--when to clean it and things of that nature. He was really helpful and really thorough. The same thing with dispatch: she was on top of it and would call me after the work was done to make sure we were taken care of. That goes a long way.
