Review content:
The young guy that came here from Airplus of California Inc. on my last service call was very conscientious. The whole floor in my condo is tile. He put covers on his shoes and I said, "Hey, don't worry about it; it's all tile." But he kept them on anyway. He showed me everything he did. I told him that, since I was getting ready to go to work, I would be in and out. It was early in the morning. Before he left he was very conscientious. He was just a decent, decent guy. If they keep hiring people like that, they are going to get a lot of repeat customers. Their customer service is kind of off the scale. They're smart; they're doing it the right way. In this world of doing everything on the internet, people are going to pay anything for customer service like that. There are two experiences out there: there's that type of customer service or there's waiting for a voice message and a bank statement. People will pay for the customer service experience because that's the way it used to be. It's a rare thing, but they're doing a good job at it. They're making sure their people are well trained and representing the company in the very best light.
