a/c summer service 7/26/2019

The service that my a/c received yesterday from Larry was very good as it should be each time a tech to do service on an a/c. Like go and clean the outside unit so when it is time to check the Freon one will get a more accurate reading. The last time the outside unit had not been cleaned at all.. There was no reason why it was not as there was a water hose right next to the unit. If I had not received such good service this time I would have cancelled my future servicing . more

Air Mechanical's Jacob the tech 5/30/2019

Jacob did a great job on our AC tune up. Explained everything on how the system operated to what his tasks would be. He also gave us interesting info on other products and services they offer. Such as fire alarm and security systems. more

Air Mechanical was great! 4/1/2019

I was super-satisfied with Brad L., Air Mechanical and the rest of the folks from this business! What great people. I will certainly recommend this company and these folks. My furnace went ka-pow on a Friday night and Aaron, a tech from Air came out, checked the furnace and, long story short, left me wih space heaters, and arranged an appointment with Brad for a Sunday morning. My new furnace was installed that following Tuesday! This is a great company with caring, helpful employees! more

Air Mechanical installed my HVAC system several years ago in a new structure, and their follow-through has been exemplary. Matt has been my go-to technician for a while now.He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Qualitative consistency matters, and, thus far, Air Mechanical has surpassed my expectations. more

Fast Service 1/16/2019

Called in the morning and Mark was out before noon and diagnosed the problem right away. An appointment was set up for the next day to make necessary adjustments. Very dependable. No charge. more

Our service technician Mike was very thorough in completing an inspection of our furnace and air exchanger.. It was the third time he has been here. He is very personable. He is always welcomed back to our house. We would recommend to anyone, even our President, he might learn a few things. more

Furnace checkup 1/2/19 1/3/2019

We have had checkups done on other appliances by other companies such as one last year where the service technician was here for a surprising short amount of time. It was so "in-and-out" and without much of a written report that we wondered if it had been worthwhile. Not so with Jacob. He did a very complete checkup and testing, and then went over his detailed report with me before he left. I felt very confident about what he did and would welcome him back for a furnace check next season. more

Installation of Water Heater 10/1/2018

Mark did a good job of giving us our options and prices. He was going to check on efficiency and rebates but did not do so, even though my husband requested that information. As it turned out, after calling Air Mechanical, our water heater did not qualify for a rebate. That was disappointing. Otherwise, the times quoted were fairly accurate. Job site was left clean. Mark was knowledgable and friendly. more
