Furnace Service call 9/30/2014

Gary arrived on time and ready to work. He quickly found the issue with my furnace and that the part was covered under warranty. He had the right part on the truck and was able to get things running fairly quickly. He showed me his work, what was done, and what to look for in the future should this happen again. Overall a great experience. more

Great guy 9/24/2014

We've had Chad doing our seasonal check-up many times. He has always shown the utmost of professionalism. He also like cats which is good since ours always hangs out with him while he works. When we find out that he is coming to do the job we know the job will be done right! more

Do not call this company. Their fees are outrages, their diagnostic is not accurate and their follow up is no where near where it should be. Not costumer friendly. more

Very knowledgeable. Furnace fan was going. Gave me pro's and con's of replacing now or waiting and with that info, able to make a decision that works for me and the furnace. more

Plumbing 7/17/2014

Hot water heater pipes leaked after the installation. Toilet did not flush properly after adjustment. Had to have another technician out to fix it the following day. Response for the repairs was good. I think my 2nd toilet needs to be re-adjusted to the level it was previous to the technician adjusting it. more

New sump pump 7/1/2014

Our sump pump was not working correctly. Ken came out the next day and talked about the different options and made recommendations. We ended up getting a new sump pump installed. Ken was very friendly, professional and installed it quickly. He answered all our questions. We have always appreciated and been impressed with the technicians at Air Mechanical. Ken gave us peace of mind, especially with the record rain fall we are having! Thanks Ken! more

Water Heater problem 6/24/2014

The pilot flame would not stay lit. Attempted 6 to 8 times with no success. Called Air Mechanical. They dispatched Nick within an hour. He had the correct part when he walked into the house. Fixed the water heater within a half hour. Very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Answered my questions. Very friendly! more

I received a call the evening before to confirm appointment and the following day to advise that the service tech was on his way. Service tech Gary was polite, knowledgeable and explained a needed repair. I was pleased with the service in all respects. more
