Chad has always been a true professional in every sense of the word. Air Mechanical as a company has very service oriented employees. From the person who makes your appointments to the technician who comes to your home. They are always on time and they never pressure you into any upgrades or repairs that aren't necessary. Their service contract is well worth the money to keep everything in working order. more

Econar Geothermal Diagnostic 7/5/2018

Matt was thorough and did a great job of explaining the ins and outs of my system. Turned out the system just needed a good servicing (there were no major problems). Had to re-pressure the tank (add water to the underground piping). System had gone out a couple months prior, so was concerned had some major issue. Turns out all was in pretty good shape. more

Good job 3/15/2018

We needed someone to disconnect our gas line to stove, as the company that was going to install our kitchen floor the day before had to re-schedule job because they were unable to get it apart. Our wonderful CenterPoint Service Plus told us they couldn't get to us for a week. Some service!!!! Cole was booked for 8-1 time slot and arrived promptly at 8 and took care of the problem quickly. Also checked our furnace while he was here. Great service!!! more

Very thorough 12/20/2017

I paid for a preventative check months in advance, and my furnace was given a detailed check,cleaning that took 45 minutes. One item had a minor correction. No cost to me. Detailed information was provided to me. Technician was friendly. more

Good experience 12/9/2017

Larry did our furnace clean and tune and what I thought would be 30 minute job. Turned out to be over an hour. Not to mention the extra time he took to sit down with me to explain everything. I was very impressed, our six year old furnace is doing fine but needed some adjustments. I highly recommend Larry more

Gas Smell 11/22/2017

Had an odd gas smell when using dryer, oven and stovetop. I asked when I called in for service if the smell was related to our staining and varnishing in the basement. I was told no it wasn't but as it turns out that indeed was the reason for the smell. I was disappointed that I had to pay the full service call fee. more
